Thank you very much for all your help. I watched a couple of videos and read the manual on how to replace the brake. So sure enough we replaced the brake following the correct procedures and what do you know THE CART IS WORKING!

I have had a similar problem with my 2010 RXV. I replaced the motor brake with the new OEM part from ezgo but I'm still getting the same result. My car moves very very slowly but loses no torque. Any other suggestions? Like everyone else I'm trying to save a little cash. Any help would be appreciated.
