Ok so yes when I touch the jumper wire to +on battery the selnoid clicks n it runs in f/r checked all that wiring diagram everything seems good I'm don't think I missed anything in the thread

Your trouble shooting skills need sharpening. Somewhere between the battery and the solenoid you have a no-go situation and i tried to line it out in red for you on the diagram. Did you print that out and test every point on the red line with a meter to see where your power stops flowing?
