Default Txt Front end Squaring after front axle replacement

Still in process of rebuilding my cart from frame up. Installed the Jakes drop axle lift this weekend. upon reassembly I know the front axle needs to be squared to the frame. I'm a stickler for making sure things are correct...I'm simply an 1/8 inch off. Is this ok? Probably stupid question but better safe than sorry. Any input?

Also the service manual is showing torqueing the leaf bolts 35-50 ft lbs. but in the front of the manual 5/8 shows 110 ft. lbs. (unless stated in text) I assume I adhere to what's stated in text at the 35-50. I tightened mine to 43.

I'd loosen C-D and bump it out a hair.

I don't have any more expertise than you, but I can't see 1/8" making any difference. If it does, it's not going to be drastic. My grand daughter wrecked my Marithon and it was a lot more out than that. (Still drivable)

I think if you get it done and find it driving funny, you can always get it better.

If you are a perfectionist and it bugs you, fix it. Otherwise 1/8 inch is nothing to worry about IMO.. Think about when they come rolling down the assembly line at EZGo.. You think they have someone there with a tape measure ?? Unlikely..

Shouldn't be. If the cart gets squirrelly at speeds you may want to look but I think that is unlikely..
