You have a lot of systems that go from 49volts to 5v real often? Must be one hell of a load it's under......
This cart has All new battery's and new cables 6 months ago , still has perfects terminals. All battery's test 12.5 or more individually.

I hope that's the case. All battery's test perfect and has new cables. But if for some reason it ends up being a battery I will jump for joy and send the controllers and other parts back In a heartbeat

one of the batterys was doing some internal shorting out and causing weird voltages by itself. 12 volts sitting but everyhting in between 0 and 12 when it was under a load. this caused the controller to fry because we replaced the batterys and nothing was moving. son finally with a new controller it is running great.

this cart had new trojan batteries, and i know they are the best so it was just a freak occurrence that this one battery went crazy
