Default voltage reducer/key switch help

hey guys, been looking around but can't find the answer for my specific situation...

I am trying to install my 48v reducer which requires it to be wired into my key switch. I can't figure out which wire to tap in to. Doesn't appear to be factory wiring colors as compared to my neighbor with the same cart, or his isn't...either way, we can't figure out which wire to use.

white/yellow #1 has 0v
solid white #2 has 0-2v fluctuating
red #3 has 14v
red #4 has 36v

Position 1 is OFF
Position 2 is ON (cart runs)
Position 3 turns on my head lights and tail lights

cart is 2012 EZGO TXT 48v

The terminals are marked - connect to the 'I' terminal (ignition)

Question about the "I" terminal. I have the same key switch and have a green and red wire (the red is for the voltage meter) piggybacked to "I". Is it ok to piggyback the yellow control wire from the voltage reducer to the already piggybacked green and red wire on the "I" termnal?
