![]() I'm learning about the various Yamaha models and researching what ones I can get after market build parts for prior to purchasing one. I found a 99 G16 and honestly cant find much for them out there. I see G16 listed with lots of other models for some parts. Are there commonalities between different models?

![]() Body accessories are common between G14-22 (like light kits, locking dashes, seats), but G22 enclosures and windshields are often unique to G22, it had different roof/supports. The unique roof/supports often mean rear seat kits for G22 don't directly fit prior models. Brakes, wheels/tires interchange. G-16 through G22 had same engine & transaxle, but larger engine displacement for G22, this means that external parts like tune up kits, clutches, belts interchange (G14 had totally different engine). Hope this helps and wasn't too confusing..
