Marathon carts with electronic speed controllers had a pot-box (0-5KΩ potentiometer), Medalist and TXT carts had an ITS (Inductive Throttle System) sensor.

The pedal box under the floorboard of Medalist and TXT, contains the pedal microswitch and the ITS sensor. see attached picture.
