The 23 pin diagram Clearly shows the motor heat sensors, but not in the 35 pin diagram. Most of it is in Chinese.

Im trying to figure out where the grey wires go.

Let me know if you guys have any thoughts on this.
Wish this showed a little more detail. Or I could find a manual specific to the controller. I'd like to wire in a high/low speed switch. But have not found anything on the pinout detail for the controller.

Hmm, looks like this diagram could be useful. Thanks.

Any idea how the 2022 speedometer on the dash gets the speed? I can't find a wire in any of the wiring diagrams that goes directly from the controller to the cluster. There appears to be one for the older controller on pin 12.

Obviously there must be a wire, but I can't find it documented anywhere.

The signal to the speedometer is also on pin 12 for the new controller.
Pin 12 - Coil4- COIL output 4-(speed pulse output)

Interesting. The wiring diagrams I have printed out don't have a pin 12 in the 24 pin connector. These are the wiring diagrams on page 1 of this thread.

Do you have a better/different wiring diagram?

There is one final mystery connector I'd love to figure out. On some of the wiring diagrams it is labeled drive. It is a 4 pin connector about 6" from the controller box just hanging above the motor. There is nothing plugged into mine. I have a '22 with the new controller.

Anyone know what is connector is for?

I am curious about the drive connector also. I think it may be an analog signal to the controller, maybe for a temperature sensor.

Some questions I have:

Any idea what GENERATRIX is?

The RED wire on the 3-pin DC-DC converter, is that +Batt from ignition switch to tell converter to turn on?

Is that pin definition from a data sheet for the controller? If so do you have a link?

I have 3 loose wires under my dash.

1 Red
2 Red w/black stipe
3 Brown w/black stripe

It appears that the Red and Red w/black stripe are just redundant connections for the key switch and the brown w/black stripe is a ground connection.

Any idea what 3 connections are used for?
