I would look for a cart that has one allready, as shipping a roof is VERY expensive. It has to go by truck.

Looks like a chopped Yamaha Sun Classic.... those were cool carts, ahead of their time. If I could find a decent one.....

Are you sure it is not a western ? Built on a marathon ezgo chassis.... Those are some rough carts on our local C-list. Not a 1 of them I could recommend. Stick with a cart made by one of the major 3 makers. PS : You will have to buy batteries for any of those cheap carts plus GOD knows what else......
