I've always said, "Something is not right when a moped can be on the street running 15 MPH, with a 15 year old kid in the saddle. And I can't get out there in my Golf Car and run 45 MPH because it's not electric!"

cool they made them legal here not too long ago... we've been trying to get atvs street legal here for 2yrs now... no luck on that yet even though there's a few states where they're legal already

It is spreading state by state and there is enough confusion in many laws that it just about insures no enforcement. I mean between bicycles, horse and buggies, runners, tractors, etc what is one more. In KY we are to have slow moving triange and live within 5 miles of the golf course so if one goes 5 miles and does not find a course I guess he is to just go back home and look another day. :)
