![]() What is this terminal block/component that is located to the right of the solenoid? It is on my 2013 remanufactured DS.

![]() Here is the pic again...
The cart is a 2013 Remanufactured Club Car DS. It has the Tow/Run switch and the communication plug on the bottom of the F/R switch. I was having an issue with my cart. It would sometimes run at reduced speed and other times run at high speed. I found the nut very loose on this terminal. After tightening it, I have not had this problem any longer. But, now I am having the issue of the cart not wanting to go or just bump. I can hold the pedal down and it will eventually engage the relay and take off. I want to get this fixed! |

![]() That is a block for the neg battery cable. Mine has one or two more wires connected to it. In fact that is where I picked up neg for my power reducer. If that nut was loose you may have other loose connections. I would put the cart in tow and put a wrench on every cable connection you can find. Be careful on the motor, use two wrenches so you can hold the nut next to the motor case, you don't want it to turn.

![]() The black wire from the obc should connect there and a wire from there to the controller. Where is the small black wire on the top terminal of the controller going?
Any issues charging or charger not turning off? Your problem sounds like an mcor or controller issue. Does it do it everytime you go to drive the cart? |

![]() No charging issues.
It most often occurs when you first use the cart. Once it has been driven, it works ok and intermittently will not respond to pressing the pedal. I found a nice PDF flow chart on troubleshooting the IQ system, so I will go through that today. Being intermittent, it could be difficult to track down. I will try though! One other thing I am seeing is 40+ volts between the B- terminal pictured and the cart frame. I will check the motor terminals first and go from there. If anyone has any tricks or suggestions, please offer! |

![]() More Information on chasing frame voltage/motor test.
How are these readings??? Ohm'd the motor, ground=diff case A1/ground 1.06M ohm A2/ground 1.06M ohm A1/A2 .3 ohm F1/ground OL F2/ground OL F1/F2 1.8 ohm Wiring: Black wire from OBC is tied with B- to top controller terminal and the wire running to the stud terminal in earlier picture. MCOR Test Across MCOR White-Purp/white 6.85k Yellow-White 7.98k pedal up - Pedal down. 1.75k Yellow-purp/white 1.13k pedal up - Pedal down. 7.7k IQ test: All B+ signals to Speed controller test good. Tow switch, Key switch, F/R switch. All have voltage along with B+ signal to kick in solenoid. |

![]() Well, to took all the wires off the motor and controller and tested the hardware logic and it was all good. Put it all back together and worked well for a while. I then pulled the MCOR and the micro switch circuit seems to be intermittent. Put it back together and could not get the cart to go without pumping the pedal and then holding it down for a bit. I think my troubles are located in the MCOR.
The frame voltage is back when testing B- to frame... |
