i may be doing a 96 cc DS soon as i have a costumer that is LARGE ... he wants 3"~4" shortened
i am also thinking of doing the seat bak ( cut foam in half) if i do i will post it also there is a tilt steering wheel for club car |

Stealth columns are about 2" shorter than standard DS

Count me in. Dunno how much I would want it shortened, but I'd be willing to purchase one to try it knowing that if I didn't like it that I could swap back to the original. Main reason I would want it would be that my steering wheel rattles up & down over rough terrain. shorter steering column = less arc when it rattles.

I have done the one on my DS 4 in and my buddy on here did 6 in on his TXT. Takes longer to remove it then cut and turning on late and weld back up

I did it to a Go cart at one point in time. Basically we used a peice of pipe that slipped over it found a good point to cut it. Couple of plug welds and once around each end and it was good to go.
