Default 2001 DS series just quit where to start

Ok the cart got lots of use yesterday my wife drove home to get something and it would not move, Batteries are good pack voltage is fine I checked it. I even charged it over night. I had some problem the other day with it not wanting to go into Rev. Could my FWD/REV switch have failed?
What would be the first thing you would check and please do not tell me battery voltage across the pack it has been checked and it is fine.
2001 48v series cart.

Check the F&R switch really good. Make sure it's not melted around the pivoting contacts.
