Default Club Car Armorflex Repair

I recently purchased a 2002 Club Car DS IQ model that has large holes in the front and rear bodies, plus cracks. It looks like they used it as a battering ram. After some research I've discovered they're made of Club Car's patented Armorflex plastic. Anyone know how to effectively patch holes and repair cracks in this stuff? It'll need painting afterward too. Thanks for any insight you can give me.

Hey Blue and White RV, I'd be interested in that DS body. How much you want for it? Got any pics?

Is that a stock light kit? Does it come with the light kit?

The light kit was damaged taking it apart. I originally got an LED light kit from Golf cart king. I can send you a link to the part number so it matches up properly.

What's the light kit part number? Looks like some good gouges over the passenger side headlight.

dinkster07, I sent you a PM. The pics are really close up. If you look through the build thread there are several other angles to put it in perspective.
