Did you charge the new batteries. Anytime an electric cart is not being used the charger needs to be connected. What is the voltage of your batteries measure with volt meter?

But what is the voltage? We need to know.... Use a volt meter if needed and check it at the pack and let us know.

Check to see if the solenoid clicks when you press the Go Pedal. If not, check for power at the solenoid posts.

When it doesn't click, probe the small terminals for voltage. If it is not there, the solenoid will not operate. If it is there, the solenoid is failing internally and will need to be replaced.
