Here's my build for this year....
Well we did another custom cart to show off for our powder coating shop. Pretty happy with the result.
12V US Batteries 4-gauge battery cables throughout DPI 48V Charger 500 amp XCT controller 400 amp solenoid Jakes Brush guard Jakes nerf bars 6” double A-arm suspension lift Heavy duty rear leaf springs Rear flip seat Cupholder arm rests LED headlight and taillights Carbon fibre dash Overhead console with Clarion/JVC Stereo Black seat covers Flip down tinted windshield Racing style steering wheel 14” MJFX wheels, with 23” Predator tires TONS of Candy Red Metallic powder coating throughout I'm super impressed with the 500 amp controller, I had six people and a dog on this thing ripping around the lake. Clocked it at 30 mph with two people on it. ImageUploadedByTapatalkHD1502982753.291537.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalkHD1502982780.276056.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalkHD1502982802.801361.jpg |

Cart looks great. This is what I kinda have envisioned for mine except blue accents. What kind of paint did you use on the body?

I like it! Good job and where is your shop located for the powder coating?

We're in Lloydminster, Alberta. We also deal golf cart parts out of the shop, so we can build some pretty cool stuff.

Looks great. How about becoming a site sponsor so you can spread the word about the powder coating?

It's crossed my mind. We have some ideas for custom parts we're hoping to bring to the market soon, at which point I'll definitely look at becoming a sponsor.
