Was more pointing out the issue with updating the crap system that is the regen 1. Can't update or modify just one thing from what research I did.

What was all involved in doing the series swap? Can you still use the same vglide switch? I also have a series motor laying around.

I replaced the controller, motor, and fnr switch. I reused the v-glide and repurposed the wire harness.
