It is... the dealer refurded to it as a pathway. The I posted the serial number in my original post.
The way he explained it to me is it was one of the carts IR made for GM. Came with headlights, turn signals, tail/brake lights, mirrors, defroster, speedometer ect.... most of which I have taken off... Interesting that an 03 DS style cart has the split back rest on the front seat. I thought ~1999 was the end of the split seat.
