I like the way the Precedent seat hugs me like a sports car seat. It feels more secure when driving fast and I find it comfortable. But that's just me.
I'm about as fond of the DS seat as I am of a bench seat in a 70s pick up.

**Update**

Just got back. Cart was in great shape. Batteries read 7.4 and 7.3 for a total of 44.5 volts across the board when i got there. That was after charging this morning. Way too low for my liking. I'm assuming they weren't fully charged but I was told to never run your batteries that low. Any way the cart got up to 15 mph as you all said. And it rode very nice. Went up a slight incline with no issues.

He's asking $3450. I told him the batteries were shot and I think he understood. I offered him $2500 but he said he had someone in the campground that he told he would sell it to them for 3K if they wanted it. I told him I would not be at $3000 but would be somewhere in between the 3k and my offer.

I'll wait to hear back. Thanks for your opinions and thoughts.

Doc,
I am pretty sure it is the 2014 Precedent that has the ERIC charger, and no OBC. My 2013 definitely has an OBC.

Scotty,
I put this "New Seat" in my Precedent and it is more comfortable than the stock seat. You sit in it, not on it, LOL

But it is still more cramped than the DS IMHO.

A flyer love your new seats. I have a 2014 Precedent and love it, no OBC to worry about. Mode 4 installed does 19-20 MPH with 18" wheels no problem.

Yeah - that's the seat ..... remember on the year changes everything changes mid-yr, so a 2013.5 can be the same as a 2014, just to keep us confused.

Got the call back. I'm picking it up today for $2800. Golf cart #3. I think this gets a little compulsive. Any way my other two will be up for sale as soon as possible.

Well done with the negotiating. That sounds like a better price. Enjoy the Precedent!

Bobbob,
Thank you, I like the seat too, so much more comfortable than the factory one. Glad you got a newer one with no OBC worries.
Post pics??
