The 10ga black wire with yellow bullet connector comes from Controller B- and it is used when You add a 48v->12v reducer.
You should have a single cable on the pack negative battery post (no extra wires or cables). The 12ga red wire from the charger receptacle should be connected to the pack positive battery post. Just curious, what are the date stamps on the new batteries? |

Thanks for all your help guys. The extreme charging amperage and charger buzzing has subsided. I guess the new batteries just needed broken in

I told the owner of the course if I made it to the championship, I'm bringing my own cart. I'm sure he'll be pleased with me when I show up in this...  |
