Locate the MCOR under the passenger side floor. Un-plug the two-pin connector and jump the connector out (blue and green wires) with a paperclip. Let me know if the cart operates with the jumper in place.

Re: 2003 club car IQ won't go
It means the controller isn't sending a turn on signal to the solenoid coil. You've proven that the positive side of the solenoid coil is getting power when you turn on the key, as it should. You're manually grounding the negative side of the coil and forcing it to turn on as soon as you energize the positive side via the keyswitch circuit. Since you've already bypassed the MCOR and proven it wasn't the issue, There are only four things that can cause this.
A. No voltage to key switch, or no voltage getting through the key switch when it's on B. The MCOR isn't providing voltage to the green wire on the 16 pin connector of the controller when the micro switch closes. C. The green wire is broken somewhere between the MCOR and the controller, or the Blue/White wire is broken between the controller and the solenoid. or D. The controller is receiving voltage from the MCOR when you cycle the pedal, but the solenoid driver has failed in the controller and it's no longer able to turn the solenoid on. At this point I would pull the 16 pin connector loose from the controller, use a multimeter to check for power on the green wire (Pin 6) with the pedal down, F&R selector in forward or reverse, and the key switch ON. If you have voltage, replace the controller. |

Re: 2003 club car IQ won't go
Everything checked out good to key switch and from the key switch , blue and white wire to solenoid good green wire good. But the last check was the green wire in the plug to controller had 50 volts when I pushed down the pedal,

Re: 2003 club car IQ won't go
This means the controller is receiving power from the MCOR. This is normal. The voltage is going into the controller, but not coming out. You have a failed solenoid driver in the controller.
