And bigger tires will get you there easily. I had 11x22's with SC4 and would get 21/22mph on flat ground.

Furyous
I will try and check the throttle output with my meter. I have two MCOR's to play with. It also doesn't mean that they are getting full range. I also just rebuilt the linkage and was wondering last night laying in bed about checking the 0-5k Range.

2000 CC will be officially 5k-0 but the reading will be closer to 6000-1000 Ω

Thank you ScottyB 5k to 0 ohms. I always get that backwards since I totally reworked my dads Cushman UTV-Max before I converted it over to club car electronics it was 0-5kohms and I have to train myself that Club Car is 5k to 0.

I am planning on checking the MCOR out of the cart since I have one off the cart now and then check the entire loop and feed back never know might have a bad wire it is already 17 years old!

ok I have read two ways to check this which one is the correct way or is one just the better way.
1)yellow and purple wire on controller disconnect and push pedal take readings
Up should be 5K down 0 ohms or closer to 6000-1000 Ω

2)disconnect the yellow and green wire at controller, key on, shifter in forward ohm meter connected to yellow and green wire press pedal readings
Up should be 5K down 0 ohms or closer to 6000-1000 Ω

If you have a 17 yr old MCOR just buy a new one. They do not last 1/3 that long

Scotty I have no idea how old that MCRO is I am just saying the cart is that old. I also have a newer one I am going to try as I upgraded my other cart to a MCRO4 so I have a fairly new MCOR to try as well. Part of this is a learning game and tossing money out the window before trouble shooting things is crazy. If both of them are bad I will replace them but not until I figure out if I have a problem or if its normal. Nothing I hate more is to spend money on something that I didn't really need and still have the same problems and still have to spend money on other problems.
I honestly am enjoying learning about trouble shooting and learning the circuits of these carts so thank you for all the help.

That is good to know and that might be why I am not getting the speed I think I am looking for.
So back to the question which is the best or correct way to check my readings

Measured both MCOR's that I have out of the cart and this is what I found for my resistance measurements.
Just for my reference is the Controller looking for 5KΩ-0 and closer to 0Ω the better off I am?
Or is the controller only looking for a 5KΩ difference? If the Ω In test 1) there is
5311Ω Difference from pedal up to pedal down. Is that all it is looking for? Would I see more speed if the controller was actually seeing closer to 0Ω when pedal is down instead 1000Ω?
thank you for any information.

MCOR #1
Pedal up 6.29 KΩ
Pedal Down .979 KΩ

MCOR #2
Pedal up 7.55 KΩ
Pedal Down 1.073 KΩ
