Club Car Precedent Hill Brake Sticking Down
Hello,
I have a 2007 Club Car Precedent. Pedals are Gen 1 with the Mcor 2. The small hill / parking brake stuck in the locking position. Step on bottom portion of brake pedal (Away from top left corner park brake) the car comes to stop and pedal stays depressed. Step on pedal release the brake. I Can hear ratchet sound from the pedal as you step on brake to slow. I Removed pedal cluster sprayed with lubricant the pedal corner still frozen in applied position. Used a set of vice grips to squeeze arm to return the parking brake up. super stiff. I drove out one pin to pull shaft to clean. The second pin on the "Go" pedal size frozen and bent punch. How can i free up parking pedal?? Thanks Tom |

Make sure it’s not the parking brake cable locking up
