Default 2002 Club Car DS unusual slow down and power loss

My cart accelerates and brakes normally and the charge on the batteries is good. Once I'm up to speed at 15 MPH or so the back up buzzer starts "beeping" not the normal steady tone. The cart will slow down like the regen is working and then stop even with the accelerator depressed. Foot off the throttle then depress and I'm off again. Does this very regularly on flat ground, no hills where I live. Sometimes does it at slower speeds. When this occurs I hear the solenoid click as it does when starting to move. The regen works since if I push the car slowly it tries to stop.

Any ideas on what to troubleshoot?

If your cart S/N starts with AQ, contact David with RevolutionGolfCars.com (site sponsor) and purchase a "main-dropout harness".

It does indeed start with AQ.

Thanks Sergio.

I ordered the part and it is shipping today. I'll send an update once I install the drop out harness.

I installed the main-dropout harness I ordered from RevolutionGolfCars.com and the problem is fixed. It plugs in on the Tow Run switch, in-line with the wiring harness. Easy fix in 30 seconds now the cart runs perfectly!
