Default Rumbleing noise

My 2012 CC Precedent Excel runs great with just myself and my Wife on it, but when I carry two more Adults it makes a rumbling type noise under acceleration. Batteries fully charged and no other noticeable differences except noise. The noise seems to be coming from under the cart near rear end.
Any ideas what this problem can be and how to fix it??
Thanks,

Do you have HD rear springs? could be the rear tires rubbing from the extra weight. Just a guess.

Check rear suspension. Also check differential fluid and look for metal flakes. Either something is rubbing or your linkage to the wheels is failing under load.

No problem with wheel clearance. Only hear it under acceleration. Kind of a rapid bump bump bump sound.

Fluid is fine. Could not check for metal without draining rear differential.

Could it be a solenoid or component starting to get weak??

Maybe brushes in the motor.

Humm...Hope not, Motor looks new from appearance. But if that's the case... Time for a PQ replacement !!!!

Are there any other tale tale signs of bad brushes or a motor going bad?

Do you feel the brake pedal pulsating?

It could be the rear axle twisting under acceleration and jerking the brake cable (loose u-bolts).

Interesting !!! I will see if I can check that. Should I just check and tighten the U Bolts or is there a better way to check and confirm?

If it was something in the differential or the motor, the noise would occur even with two people on board.

Try it with one person on the back seat or maybe some kids. Then try it with more weight on the back seat than you had before.

It sure sounds like a rear shock bushing or rear spring bushing to me.

I guess it could even be a loose seat mount bracket. Check all mounting hardware.

But it doesn't sound like anything very expensive to fix.
