No need for a backup cart. Get everything for the conversion, assemble the pack and BMS out of the cart so you can bench test everything. Then it’s a drop in swap that can be done in an hour or two. My BMS arrived yesterday, still waiting on the charger. I’ll do a full write up once I have all of the pieces.
