Which all terrain type tires for 99% street?
I am going to lift my 2015 CC Precedent and want an all terrain type tire.
I found a decent looking tire at an EZGO dealer but no one, and I mean no one including a number of other dealers knows anything about it. I posted on this site to try and get info and no one knew anything either. Those are supposedly designed by EZGO and model is called 'Blaze'. A local used cart dealer uses a tire by Mad jax I think. Its called the Timber Wolf. but it only comes in 22inch tall and not 23inch tall which I think would be better for a 6 inch lift. I looked at some online vendors and there are lots of tire choices. I wanted to get personal opinions on any all terrain tires you have experience with and how they wear when being driven 99% on the street and get any recommendations you may have. Re: Which all terrain type tires for 99% street?
There are a couple golf cart tire vendors bragging on the Blaze tire online but they don't appear to be EZGO dealers. The only size I saw was 245/50-12. Not sure how that equates to inch diameters.

Re: Which all terrain type tires for 99% street?
I have the 23” kenda kraken tires on mine and drive 99% on the street. Cart is 9 months old and so far the wear (or lack thereof) has been much better than I originally anticipated. But I hate the noise. I can’t wait for them to wear out so I can get the street fox tires to replace them so I’ll be silent running.
Those Blaze tires mentioned look sweet for sure. Stinks they don’t appear to be readily available at this time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
