The markings are right beside the studs on the end cap part of the motor. They're stamped in and fill up with grime over time. Get in there and wipe just to the left of the terminals, maybe use a small wire brush, and the stampings should show themselves, even if they are faint. (They normally are, and kind of small).

All ya need to do is find ONE and the rest can be figured out by the diagram.

They were stamped into the casing next to the 2 bottom lugs. I wiped the area down and used a nice bright light. 90 cc ds

I cleaned the motor and I was able to see the terminal markings stamped on the side.

Thanks to everyone that helped me out.

Installed a FSIP 700 amp controller, 2ga cables and a 400/1000 amp solenoid on a 1989 club car with stock motor. With 22 inch tires I'm getting around 16-17 mph clocked with a gps.

The cart is a 36v with one year old interstate batteries. Fully charged they read about 39.1 volts and when driving the voltage goes down to about 36.2v initially.

Just finished it yesterday, so I don't have much time on it.

Need to figure out how to reinstall the reverse buzzer, but I'll start a new thread for that.

Thanks
