I'm going to start with the easy fixes- I've ordered replacement belts and an air filter. After running it down the street without a seat, my gut tells me that it is the clutch as that is where the noise (when slowing down) comes from. In a few days, I'll update this. Thanks.

Trust me it is money well spent. I replaced my clutch with the CPP performance and torque shot up.
