That is where my belt came from, used it for years it was great until I changed primary and had to move the engine. This cogged scrambler polaris belt is not as good, but I didn't want expensive until I knew it was right size. I need to find a gboost kevlar for it now, very flexible and bulletproof. This dayco is ok but stiffer than the gboost.

Bought a heavy cut sheave from them too, very nice piece.

Just changed my starter's brushes, no "surprise" all went well!

It is quite easy to do

I finally ran most of the gas out of my G2, cut the &#@¥§ filter out and installed an in-line on top of the tank.

Added some protection to the cockpit entry....simple 1" angle aluminum 17" long fastened with Permatex RTV adhesive.

The last thing I need is to be out in the woods and get a flat tire, so I put Ride On Tire Sealant in all 4 tires, ATV formula, 16 ounces in each.

I have been using their sealant for over 10 years in many different vehicles with great success.

After two weeks the rear seat foot platform started to show wear and a lot of scratching to the powder coat. I did some research and came upon this...Herculiner truck bed liner. Great reviews, so why not give it a try.

One can did two coats of the bottom and four coats of the topside. Dried in 24 hours and looks great. The real test will be...how long does it last?

Click on the thumbnail picture to see the rotated and enlarged version. I do not know why they show up rotated.

Morning folks. This is my first post here. I purchased a G1 a couple of weeks ago (for $50) with an assumed seized engine. Well after taking the head off and soaking the cylinder and piston with seafoam, I got it unstuck and have been having fun with it. Today I have taken off the front body plastic and bolted the steering box back to its bolster on the frame (not sure why the previous owner had it off). I ordered the crank seals and the clutch removal tool already and should be picking them up today, so that is the next project.

Had some side badging made for the G16
A friend bought a vinyl graphics printer and wanted to test it. I gave him a couple suggestions.
