If you have good compression and want more power (torque) order and install a torque spring kit and new belt. I would be hard pressed to believe you would need anything else.

As for the winch Northern Tool or Harbor Frieght has the 3000lb wireless remote winch for under $60 on sale. Works great.

Your compression is good, I wouldn't open the motor.
The torque spring kits will hold the driven pulley together longer and give you more of a "first gear pull"

Here's the deal on tires and wheels.
You can get black steel, aluminum, stay away from chrome steel, too much cleaning.
Tires/rims come in 8", 10" or even 12" diameters. I personally like the 8" rim with a 22" tire because the additional sidewall will give you a softer ride. Keep the air pressure down to @4 to 6lbs.
You can even get a lift and tires to go with your rims.
Check with any of our sponsors for tire and wheel or even tire, wheel and lift kit combos. or shop around, you do ebay?

This is the winch I just put on a G16 cart and it pulled it up out of a vertical ravine.

Ok, now where do I get that spring kit and is it easy to put in ??

Also, the black rims are fine but what kind of money for the lift kit with tires and rims ??

Will the larger tires make me loose pulling power for hills ??

Does the lift kit come to do front and rear and how high qithout going overboard ??

Thanks fo the help

humm looked on E Pay and Im confused, some kits say spindle lift kits some say A frame, which do I need to lift the whole cart front and rear 6" to get knobby tires under it ??

Or can I just buy knobbys to go on my rims ??

probably lifting would look better, pros and cons ??
