Wink 83 Club Car needs work !!

Hope I'm in the right place now...I apoligize for my rambling questions in the introductory forum ( you'll all be old as dirt someday like me)...!!
Guy I bought this from installed 3----12v batteries from auto parts store..they say on top 760 cold crank amps....am I reading right from other battery posts this is a no no? Is it damaging the motor and other components? If so would 6 - 6volt deep cycle work from Sams club?? With what's in it right now, it seems very sluggish going up a grade. I actually have two club cars, one gas one electric, an electric yamaha, and an electric ez-go. Currently the ez-go runs the best but I don't love the body style. Will eventually settle on one and sell the rest. Glad I found this sight, and gratefull for all constructive advice J.J. If I keep an electric, how do I purchase the great cables everyone is talking about?

Thos batteries won't hurt anything as long as they were hooked up right. Short run times though. Its ok for testing but you just can't get a decent run time from them.

Yes....sams has some decently priced batteries. It being slugish....well, wait till you get a fully charged set of batteries in the cart before making a call.
