trojan diffrences etc
i am thinking it is getting close to time to replace the 5 year old trojan t105 batterys in the wifes 05 ez go txt.
was looking at the trojan site and it recomends to go with the t105 again. I see by looking at some of the other batterys, like the t 125 and t 145 that they have a higher amp hr rating and are heaver. it has been said on here that more led means more run time. If my mind is on the right track, the 125 and 145 would give longer run times? Is it possible to put the t 145 in her cart for a longer run time. It appears from their website that the only fisical diffrences is they are taller and heaver they are all sized gc2. have not priced them yet but am planning for the future, any idea on the price diffrence. http://www.trojanbattery.com/pdf/TRJ...0610LR_000.pdf thanks Eric |

Re: trojan diffrences etc
you are going to pay a higher price (alot higher price) but they are worth every penny and they will fit with no problems.

I didn't know there were differences, I just get the x-large. Ribbed for her pleasure.

Re: trojan diffrences etc
well if it's any help, one of the golf courses I used to service ran T105's in their ranger carts, they would have to swap carts halfway through the day because the batteries weren't holding up. After changing to the T145's they were running a full 8 hour day without having to swap. I personally haven't done a discharge test on the 145's but the tests others have done show a 115 min discharge for the T105 and a 145 min discharge for the T145, so basically you have to decide if an extra 30 minutes of pedal down time is worth the extra $$ for the upgrade.

Re: trojan diffrences etc
I dont think the extra price of the 145 is worth the extra 30 minutes. I have been told you get 30-45 more minutes but thats it. I put them in my camo 2+2 carts I get just to be different from my competition. I have not used any 125 so I cannot compare.
