Confused..... Trying to buy...

According to the numbers you provided it was Built January 1, 2000

Def older than I thought but has eyes and seems to run like a champ Are there major differences with the newer ones? It has the shift on the dash not between the legs, I am told thats a good thing??

Not necessarily. Some prefer the shifter under the legs instead of dash. The both have strengths and weaknesses. Theres not as much aftermarket support for the Dash mounted but growing daily. The controllers usually don't last long when lifted with ****** tires.
