Default New design for FE350 Engine in 2011

Just saw this one a few days ago for the first time. The 2011 model FE350 is no longer available with Automatic Compression Release. It's got a solid lifted design with adjustable rocker arms similar to that of the 290. Also, the Coil not only has the Ignitor built in, but also the RPM Limiter... all built into one unit. Fun! Just thought I'd let you guys know.

I'm looking for a rebuilt or used fe350 clockwise motor. It spun a weight and shattered the case does anybody have one or know where I can get a motor or a good case on a budget. Thanks

Coil, igniter and limiter all in one huh ? That might prove to be an expensive Achilles heel.

Chris.

well i replaced my coil and ignitor for something like 110 but if it had athe ignitor seperate and coil it wouldve been like 150 or something like that so it may not be as expensive as you think

True... but to those of us who like to bypass the RPM limiter this makes it kinda difficult....

Ah, but, we all know that in a few years someone will have an after-market without this RPM limiter "problem" lol
