1995 coil

on a 1995 ezgo coil,the red wire has power(test light),then press accel. and the other side of coil will light up also,then plug the white wire up to the coil then dont have fire,if i,m right shouldn't there be fire on the white wire coming out of the coil?

They are red positive and white negative.
10v minimum ~ Check em with the voltmeter when you try to start....

the red wire has current on one side of the coil when you try to start it the other side of the coil has current wher the white wire is but the current stops there,then on a 2003 model that my daughter has the red wire has current and when you start current shows up in the white wire also..
