2012 EZ GO ST Sport - FREEDOM CHIP
How do i install the a Freedom Chip into a 2012 EZGO ST Sport 2+2 48V? I have done it with ease in other Golf Carts but it seems that EZGO has changed the controler.
Thanks! |

Re: 2012 EZ GO ST Sport - FREEDOM CHIP
the reason it seems that ez go changed the controller is because they did. The chip is not compatible with the new controller. It can be reprogrammed at a dealer to raise the speed however.

You need special tools to do it, which aren't cheap. Call a dealer and ask them about the price to reprogramme it. Is it the controller that has the 5 metal plugs at the end?
