Blown driven clutch
Took the cart out for a little spin yesterday and I was just about home when it seemed like the cart went into neutral. The next thing I hear/see is the stationary sheave hit the street and come rolling past. Shut the cart off and raised the body only to find that the cotter pin was sheared, the nut and sheave came off. Appears that the sliding sheave bushing is gone. Not sure what shape it is in since I haven't taken it off yet. Anyone else ever have this happen? Not sure what caused this. Will have to do a little more investigating.

Re: Blown driven clutch
Sorry to hear that Grayhorse! I'm using the stock g1 clutch, so I don't have any experience with the aftermarket clutches.
Actually, I cant remember which clutch you are running |
