36v TXT voltage reducer wiring help

I have searcehed some of the previous threads but have not found what I am looking for. I am attempting to install a Madjax brand 36v - 12v 30amp voltage reducer (link).

Here is my problem, where do I get the switched 36v + power from?
I checked the key switch and I does not show 36v. It is the standard 2 position on-off switch with two poles on the back, one yellow wire and one white wire. everything on the cart works as it should.


Other cart Info:
2007 TXT 36v
dash mount F-N-R switch
no factory lights
key switch is simple On-Off
