Default 2004 ezgo problem

I am having a problem with my cart and I'm not sure how to correct it. The batteries were charged and worked fine for about 10 minutes then it quit working altogether. I noticed that the solenoid would click but no response to the motor. Not sure where to look please would appreciate any help

Welcome to the forum dcalthetiger. I'm sorta new here too. I would start with the basics by getting a voltage reading across the batteries.

That seems low for a 36 volt pack. I'm thinkin' you should have 38 or so. Check each batt. Sounds like ya got a bad one.

Alright its late now but will check it in the morning. Would this cause it to stop completely? I thought it would just slow it down.

I,m no electric wiz, but I believe you have a bad batt. Yes, it would quit.

After installing new batteries, it will take 10-20 charge cycles before they come up to their full runtime potential. Recharge these every time you put more than 15 minutes of pedal time on them.
