could just need to be cleaned out. could be burned marks on armature. You can get new brushes on E-bay I just took my EZ-GO starter apart. brushes were good. I filed them flat and sanded the end of the armature. It works like new. Don't know about CC but on my EZ you can pull the brushes without taking the armature out of the housing. |

Re: Starter brushes 95 club car
Only purchase OEM brushes, stay away from most aftermarket parts.
To do the job right, you will need to pull the starter. There is more than just changing brushes. If you are uncertain on what to do, send it out to someone who has done a few, youll be better off in the long run. |
