Default 625cc muffler.

I have the 625cc kit on my 2000 ezgo. The motor is great but we use the cart for people transport the muffler is still to loud. Has anyone gone with a different style muffler that really quiets it down.

You might want to read my "clone exhaust" thread for ideas used to quiet down the 390-460 clones which also quite loud.

Alright well had to order the walker muffler last night. Was working and the muffler decided to let go. Second one in 4 months.

Just make sure whatever muffler you use that it is well mounted as not to break welds or inlets. More than a few of us have had to reweld muffler joints when our mounting systems were not up to the job. Also remember it has to be mounted to the engine cradle unless there is some sort of flexible joint in there for any frame mounting.

Looks good. Did you get the 180 bend installed?
