You’re gonna have to trace those wires to their origin... Can’t tell by the pictures... but it’s not your charging port I don’t think... it appears to be connected

Might be leads to a reducer or might have been connected to batteries to give you 12V... but I sure wouldn’t be letting them touch any electrical terminals until I found out... get us a picture of the other ends
