I'd set the Over Voltage to Max (62V)

Reading past threads, it seems a 48 volt or dual voltage solenoid was a good fix with larger controllers, 2 ga wires, and bigger motors. Since I'm going to upgrade to 48 volts when my batteries finally die, would it be a good idea to get the upgraded 400/1000 solenoid now?
The contact in the stock solenoid are only rated at 85A, which is marginally adequate for a stock controller. Go with the MZJ400 now.

here's the latest file. I currently have the 200 amp solenoid now so I'll upgrade the 400/1000 heavy duty now so when I convert to 48 v all i'll need is the batteries and charger. appreciate all the help!!

Controller is running cooler with the shorter tires.

Cart might be faster too. Don't know if you reached top speed on level ground with either data log, but cart maxed out at 16.7MPH (3045RPM) on the 23" tires and 17.1MPH (3565RPM) on the 20" tires.

Still hitting the LOBAT flag quite often.

Thanks again for all the help. One last request until next one. Do you have wiring diagram for the mzj400?

Neither the coil or contacts are polarized, so yellow wire goes on one small stud and the blue wire goes on the other.

The heavy cable from the battery pack main positive terminal goes on one of the large studs (along with a thin red wire - heavy cable goes on stud first) and heavy cable to B+ terminal on controller goes on the other.

Note: The MJZ400's large studs are larger than the rest, so you'll have to ream out the holes in the cable ends.
