Question Brand Noob Cart Owner w/Questions

Good afternoon all.

Just picked up an EZ-GO TFT yesterday and of course, I didn't do any research until AFTER I brough it home...go figure. lol

Question is...the place I bought this cart from said it was a 2005 model, but after lookig around the net, it seems that the SN/Mfg plate that is supposed to be located inside the passenger glove box is missing (letting me know this is a 94 or newer). The only place I found any numbers at all is to the right of the fwd/rev switch.

Can anyone tell by the pictures I am attaching what year and model this thing is? It's in great condition from what I can tell.

Thanks for any help and I look forward to becoming a regular here!

A pic of the front end steering components might help determine the year.

the number 2244259 looks like the stock number where the cart was at one time

You really have to watch some dealers. They can slap on a new body or paint and call it new or "late model". Not saying this has happened to you but you never know. The steering and front end will help us determine the year. It is a very clean cart too.

You have at least a 2001.5 or newer TXT. Are those the only numbers?

According to the plate, that cart was manufactured September 16, 2005.

Yes Roady is correct your steering is on the weldment, also you can pull off the cover on on the bottom of the steering column and if it has a four bolt pattern it is at least a 2001 1/2. Nice cart!!!
