Axle nut working itself loose
1997 G16, lifted with 23x10.50x12 tires and wheel spacers on the rear.
Issue I'm having is the axle nut on the left rear keeps working itself loose. I do see some wear in the splines on both the axle and the hub. Is there a trick to keeping the axle nut tight or is the wear on the splines great enough to make this keep happening? If the wear is too great, I'm guessing the only real fix is axle, hub and nut replacement? Thanks! T |
