help 2000 txt jerky and cuts out
2000 txt series 48volt axe 500 its controller...hdsolenoid hd fnr
2g cables, emp motor everything new only months old. I get smooth take offs most times, then it will cut out and get jumpy, then run fine, i can hear the solenoid clicking off and on, when its on it goes... i did notice when running with the seat off the led will flash when first going then stay lit, but when it cuts out it flashes green again. Its orange at high speed... any ideas.? I replaced the its microswitch it didnt make a difference. is there any more switches i can test? Will the its test the same as stock even though i have upgraded the controller? |

Your problem is the solenoid clicking on and off ~ that is cutting the power on and off..... check the micro in the peddle box?
The ITS tests different with the Alltrax control. It starts high 10.5v and goes down? Don't ask.... that's normal  |

I think it was a faulty key switch it was cutting power ...
I just jumped the two wires together and presto! Seems to have fixed for now.. I will report back after this weekend riding |

Might not be the problem ,but my cart did the same after it had been wet,"my daughter washed it" the ITS prob got wet on mine but after it sat over night it was fine the next day. Just a possible idea!

just an update
i drove it at the hunting lease for over 30 miles start stop hills and valleys... never once hiccupped... it was the key switch killing power and an easy fix. thanks |
