you get to do to the shake test. jack up the front of the cart and see what is loose. it looks like you have REALLY REALLY worn out king pin bushings. you did transfer them from the old a-arms to the new ones right ?
if you jack up the front of the cart on one side and grab the bottom and top of the wheel. try and tilt it in and out. if you can you have worn bushings. also pay attention to how loose your shock bushings are. with new Jakes a-arms you should not have worn out bushings on the a-arms also check your tie rods for play |

haha well what can i say....but yeah i have no idea what is loose ill check into it further sometime this week....its very unsafe though...feels like a wheel is gunna fall off while driving...
