Star EV steering wheel is crooked. Can it be aligned?
I have a new Star EV 4+2 cart and it bothers me that the steering wheel isn't centered. Meaning when driving straight, the steering wheel looks as though I'm making a slight left-hand turn. Sometimes I can whip it around and get it to straighten out, but there seems to be so much play in it. 95% of the time, the wheel looks like I'm turning left when going straight. Is there any way to adjust this?
I popped the cover off of the steering wheel, but the nut was as tight as it can be, so the problem seems to be elsewhere. But maybe this is just how it is and I have to live with it? It handles just fine otherwise and it doesn't seem like the actual alignment is off or anything. Our old EZ Go didn't have that issue at all. The steering wheel always matched the direction of the wheels. |

yes u can remove the nut and pop off wheel and straighten it make ur dealer fix it
