Gasser Build, Club Car long travel
Well I am starting another project, I picked up a 2004 CC DS for $150.00, cart has a blown motor and has been sitting in a field for awhile. This is what it looked like when I brought it home.

Started tear down and cleanup, also picked up a 18HP vanguard and cleaned it up and painted it

added grab handles, trailer hitch, and some cold beverage holders to the cage, now just need to clean it up and then off to powder coat

Re: Gasser Build, Club Car long travel
That's a lot of clearance from tire to cowl. The cart behind it looks tough also.

Re: Gasser Build, Club Car long travel
I agree about the clearance those are some 22" tires and rims i had laying around the shop and just put on temporarily. I am trying to decide what tires i want to run but most likely will go to a 25" which should help fill the gap some. The cart behind it is a friends precedent that we built and he sold me the v twin out of it. we are debating stretching it to a limo and adding a 30hp vanguard to it, just waiting on him to make up his mind before we cut it in half.
